FAQs

Frequently asked questions.

How charters arranged by Flyamigo work, from first enquiry to confirmed flight.

What is a private charter?+

A private charter means hiring a whole aircraft for your own journey, on a schedule and route arranged around you rather than a public timetable.

Does Flyamigo own its aircraft?+

No. Flyamigo is a charter arrangement service. We coordinate options with partner aircraft operators, and the flight is operated by the contracted operator.

How does Flyamigo arrange a private jet or helicopter?+

We review your requirements, approach suitable partner operators, compare available options and present you with a quotation and proposed arrangements.

How do I request a quotation?+

Use the Request a Charter form, call or WhatsApp us, or chat with our Concierge. Share your route, dates and number of passengers.

How is the final charter price determined?+

Pricing depends on the aircraft, route, dates, positioning, waiting time, airport and landing fees, taxes and any special requirements. Each quotation sets this out.

When is a booking considered confirmed?+

Only once you accept a written quotation, the operator confirms the aircraft, required permissions are in place and the agreed payment terms are met. An enquiry alone is not a booking.

Can I request a one-way or return journey?+

Yes. You can request one-way, return or multi-city journeys; each is quoted to its specific schedule.

What happens if an aircraft becomes unavailable?+

If an operator cannot provide the confirmed aircraft, we will inform you promptly and try to arrange a suitable alternative. Applicable remedies follow your booking terms.

What are the cancellation and refund conditions?+

They vary by operator and journey and are communicated in your quotation or booking agreement before you pay or confirm. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

What baggage and passenger requirements apply?+

Baggage allowances depend on the aircraft. All passengers need valid identification, and the operator's safety and conduct requirements apply.

Which documents or permissions may be required?+

Government-issued ID for every passenger, travel documents for international journeys, and landing or route permissions where applicable. We will advise what your journey needs.

How is customer information shared with partner operators?+

We share only the journey and passenger details an operator needs to quote, plan and operate your flight. See our Privacy Policy for details.
