What does a private charter cost in India?

There is no fixed price list: each quote depends on the aircraft, the route and your schedule. Here is what shapes the figure in your proposal.

Aircraft type and size

Turboprops and light jets generally cost less per hour than midsize or large-cabin jets. Helicopters are priced differently again.

Flying time

Charters are usually priced by flying hours, including the time the aircraft needs to reach your departure point.

Empty or return legs

A one-way trip may include the aircraft flying back empty. A return trip, or a one-way flight on a route the aircraft is already flying, can change the price.

Waiting and overnight stays

If the aircraft and crew wait for you, or stay overnight, waiting, parking and crew charges may apply.

Airport, landing and handling fees

Every airport or helipad has its own landing, parking and ground-handling charges. Private landing sites also need permissions.

Season and demand

Wedding season, holidays and pilgrimage seasons can affect both availability and price.

Taxes and extras

Applicable GST, catering, ground transport and special requests are added to the quotation.

How to get an accurate quote

Share your route, dates, preferred times, number of passengers and baggage. Your Flyamigo advisor compares options from partner operators and sends a written quotation with the aircraft, terms and what is included. A quote is not a booking until the operator confirms and payment is made.

Popular routes: Delhi–Mumbai, Delhi–Dubai, Dehradun–Kedarnath.
